Something you don't know
is I'm fed up with you
you whine, and moan, and I'm pretty sure
that's all you know how to do

Something you don't know
is that, yeah, I still exist!
Though you talk to me every day,
it seems you're done, that's it!

Something you don't know
is the world doesn't revolve around you
and although it's hard to imagine,
you can't accept the truth

So sometimes it's the best kind of friend
who can see through your walls
the kind that loves you even though,
just like everyone else, you have flaws

The world isn't sugar-coated
and age doesn't dictate wisdom,
and something you don't know
is that I won't be your victim.
