It was so tedious, every day doing the same things over and over again. Going through the motions. There hadn't been an attack for weeks, and the pink-haired princess was tired of waiting. PallaPalla got restless whenever they didn't have something to fight, being the most childish of Small Lady Serenity's protectors. Chibi-Usa, though reluctant to step out of her regal air and admit it, was anxious too. Neo-Queen Serenity told her not to worry; she, Endymion, and the other children of the Silver Millennium had fought hard to keep evil out.

But Chibi-Usa knew better than to trust her mom. Serenity was naive, past and present. Even though she was just a kid, Chibi-Usa was wiser than her klutzy, annoying mom, and she could feel a dark air looming over Crystal Tokyo. If Neo-Queen Serenity could just pay a bit more attention, she'd feel it too. Even King Endymion and the Inner and Outer senshi could feel the tension in the shining streets. They all tried to persuade her, but she replied with several memories where she told them everything would be fine despite their worries, and she turned out to be right. So, everyone gave up. Everyone except Chibi-Usa, that is.

Since none of the adults would listen to her, she consulted Hotaru, PallaPalla, VesVes, JunJun, and CereCere.
"Chibi-Usa-chan, I believe that if you think something is wrong, then you should investigate. Sometimes, no matter what the others say, you have to trust your gut," The Saturanian princess said, gently taking her friend's hand.
"Hotaru-sama is right! I've been dying to get a good butt-kicking in!" VesVes grinned. Chibi-Usa nodded, smiling at her supportive friends. She stood up, and walked off to tell her parents she was going out for a walk.
Random.
